We are able to colour frames one colour on the inside and another colour on the outside to suit all your interior/exterior design requirements.
We can supply a choice of fly screen material that suits your needs, ranging from standard fly screens to aluminium mesh. Midge mesh can be used for properties close to water, lakes and streams.
Repairs can be carried out on both swinging and sliding aluminium doors. Includes re-hanging, re-wiring, wheel replacement, track repairs, dent and hole filling. Locks and handles can be repaired, replaced and adjusted.
Re-colour will repair frames, dents along with wheel and handle replacement. Track repairs and adjustments can also be carried out.
Spray Painting
Spray painting is a painting technique where a device sprays a coating through the air onto a surface. The most common types employ compressed gas—usually air—to atomize and direct the paint particles.

Painting
Painting is the process of covering the surface of (something) with paint, as decoration or protection.

- Not as much fumes as spraypainting

- Hard to achieve even coats
- Metallics and pearls are harder to match
- Brush marks can be seen in finish, hand painting cannot achieve the finish of spraypainting
Our Process
STEP 1
Pre-Treatment Aluminium
Degrease surface using Wax & Grease remover solvent to remove all grease, oils, fats, etc by a two cloth wipe on/wipe-off method. Remove all salt deposits and degreaser residue by low-pressure water washing using potable water.
STEP 2
Surface Preparation
Mechanically & hand abrade the entire surface using medium grade abrasive sanding pads or paper/disc. Clean the surface to remove all preparation residue with Wax & Grease solvent.
STEP 3
Coat 1
Super Etch® Primer a-premium, single pack, epoxy etch primer approved to APAS 0035/2 (grey and black) excellent adhesion to all common metals
excellent anti-corrosive properties high-performance key coating, specifically designed for direct application over mild steel, ZINCALUME®, COLORBOND®, chrome, brass, copper, lead and lead alloys, stainless steel, aluminium and galvanised iron.
STEP 4
Coat 2
2 x coats of isocyanate-free catalysed two-pack coating approved to APAS-2919 conforms to AS/NZS 3750.5 unlimited recoatability good gloss off the gun, fast drying, excellent exterior durability, good chemical and solvent splash resistance.
